General Ticket Questions:
What comes with my ticket?
A General Admission ticket includes access to The Neon Drink On Summer Beer Fest, unlimited pours, tons of live entertainment, interactive photo booth paint station, souvenir sampling cup, festival brochure, and neon sunglasses. A VIP admission ticket includes everything in the General Admission plus 1 hour-early entry into the festival and private bathrooms.

Can I get a refund if I can not attend the event?
Tickets are not refundable, but tickets holders may transfer tickets to someone else on their own. Tickets are transferred by printing out the ticket and handing it to the person of your choice.
If I bought a General Admission ticket, can I upgrade to VIP?
Upgrades are based on availability. Email events@masiv.us and reference upgrade in the subject line. One of our customer service representatives will assist you.
Can I upgrade my ticket on the day of the event?
You will need to speak with a staff representative at the ticket counter. Upgraded tickets will be based on availability.
Can I purchase a ticket at the day of the event?
Yes, however tickets will only be available while supplies last and subject to a price increase on the day of the event. In the case of a sellout, tickets will not be available on the festival day.
Can someone under 21 attend?
Sorry, the festival is strictly 21+. No one under 21 years of age will be admitted, no exceptions.
May I attend both sessions?
Yes, but you must purchase a ticket for each session. The festival grounds will be cleared prior to the second session, and each person will need a ticket to get back into each session.

What kinds of beer are being offered?
There will be a wide range of variety for all types of beer lovers. Many breweries will feature their summer seasonals. For a current list of participating breweries click here.
What else is offered, besides beer?
You will find live entertainment, food trucks, local vendors, fun yard games, photo booth paint station and more!
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, you will be able to purchase a lanyard, event t-shirts and other exclusive event merchandise. Based on availability.
Can I re-enter the festival if I leave?
Unfortunately, there is a no re-entry policy.
Will there be food?
Yes, there will be plenty of food. We have hand selected some of the best and brightest food trucks in the city for you to enjoy!
Day of Questions:
What do I need to bring?
Besides your neon self, bring your printed ticket along with a drivers license or other valid, government issued 21+ photo ID. Attendees without a ticket or ID will not be admitted to the event.
Will the event be cancelled?
This is a rain or shine event. However, in extreme conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event with no refunds. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email.
What do I wear?
There is no dress code, but we encourage participants to dress in bright or neon colors! There will be prizes for the most festively dressed participants.
Do I have to attend the session on my ticket or can I switch?
Sorry, you must attend the session you originally purchased. If you need to change your session prior to the event, email events@masiv.us and a representative will assist you. Sessions are based on availability.

- Backpacks, bags, and purses larger than 12x12x12. All bags under this size are subject to be searched.
